2. Scope of Services

We provide services including, but not limited to:

• Business brokerage and intermediary services
• Commercial advisory and consultancy
• Assistance with company formation and structuring
• Market research and feasibility analysis

All services are subject to separate agreements, where applicable.

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• All information provided is accurate and complete

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Cooperate in good faith throughout the transaction process
• Avoid unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities

We reserve the right to terminate services if false or misleading information is provided.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees will be outlined in a separate agreement or quotation
• May include commissions, consultation charges, or administrative costs
• Payments must be made as agreed
• Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee success of any transaction
• Liability is limited to fees paid for the service

8. Third-Party Involvement

We may engage third-party service providers. We are not responsible for their actions or any resulting losses. Clients should conduct their own due diligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the intellectual property of Mavoor Commercial Brokers LLC unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, required by law, or at our discretion with notice. Clients may terminate as per individual agreements.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or economic disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to UAE courts.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.
